Inmate Copy Service

The Inmate Copy Service seeks to provide Texas State inmates, whose case records are currently being held by the Court of Criminal Appeals or the 3rd Court of Appeals, with copies of their trial records at a reasonable cost. We do not have access to the records of any other courts, nor do we store the cases at the Library. If your case is not currently on appeal or stored at the above courts, you will need to contact the original trial court or one of the other 13 Courts of Appeals. We will also provide copies of specified State and Federal Statutes, Codes, and Cases. For a list of fees and more information click here.
