§1002.055. Geoscientists — Grounds For Removal
(a) It is a ground for removal from the board that a member:
(1) is no longer qualified for appointment to the board;
(2) engages in misconduct, is determined to be incompetent, neglects the member's official duties, or engages in malfeasance;
