§801.406. Veterinarians — Required Disciplinary Action For Certain Felony Convictions
(a) On conviction of a license holder of a felony under Section 485.033, Health and Safety Code, or Chapter 481 or 483 of that code, the board shall, after conducting an administrative hearing in which the fact of conviction is determined, impose a penalty as provided by Section 801.401.
