The Conference of State Court Administrators and the National Association for Court Management have created a resource for judges, court managers, and court information technology directors at both the State and the trial court level to help them prepare for technological changes and the impact they have on court administration. The resource focuses on the Enhanced Business Process model and focuses on topics such as setting goals, overcoming technological or procedural obstacles, process solutions, and cost/benefit analysis.
