The Civil Litigation Management Manual, approved by the Judicial Conference of the United States in March 2001, contains substantial contributions from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and the Federal Judicial Center to aid U.S. judges in securing “the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action.” Topics include pretrial monitoring, setting a management plan, discovery, motion management, the ADR process, special case matters and more.
