The author revises the work found in the third edition (Libscomb's Walker on Patents) with in depth information regarding patents. He covers the patent system's organization and process. He looks at validity issues with patents, infringement, and post issuance proceedings. He also covers defenses such as non infringement and invalidity. One of the volumes includes a table of cases as well as a table of laws and rules.
