This informative compilation of many of the issues surrounding dogs was written as an easy reference for both owners and the neighbors of dog owners. Many of the topics discussed are outside the commonly covered legal issues surrounding dogs such as how to deal with barking dogs, traveling with a dog, negotiating a lease when owning a dog, the laws that regulating the sale of dogs, what to do if animal cruelty is suspected, providing for pets after the owner’s death, and ownership questions such as how many dogs can one legally keep.
