This volume explains Texas school law in plain language for easy use by Texas educators. All major topics in education law are covered including student attendance, instructional programs, special education, the employment relationship, and personnel issues. Laws are explained in a way that educators will understand the reasoning behind the laws as well as their rights and responsibilities as an educator.
