This title is written for officers and prosecutors and includes charts on common traffic offenses and important information and plain-English caselaw regarding arrests, detentions, and searches related to cars, drivers, and passengers. Focuses on three critical areas: 1) pulling over vehicles; 2) investigations and arrests after the traffic stop; and 3) car searches.
