This volume is aimed at prosecutors to assist in the development of plea agreements. Chapters discuss plea procedures, plea bargaining, community supervision, admonitions, waivers, evidence, sentencing, adjudication/revocation, and the interrupted plea. The final chapter in the book contains forms for the entire plea process such as waiver of counsel, judicial sentencing script, and waiver for a new trial and appeal.
