Intended to be an easy-to-use guide to common extradition situations, this manual discusses all three types of extradition: county-to-county, interstate, and international. This volume contains many forms necessary for extradition. It was written by a law enforcement specialist and targeted for use by law enforcement officials as well as attorneys working on extradition cases. Also includes information on the Interstate Agreement on Detainers.
