This is one of the fundamental titles in biomedical ethics. The authors discuss four principles that are at the center of biomedical ethics: respect for autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, and justice. The volume is divided into three parts with the first covering moral foundations, the second covering moral principles, and final section covering theory and method.
