The second edition of the title is a reference tool covering the Texas Penal Code and recent criminal case law. It includes discussion of burden of proof, multiple prosecutions, party liability, defenses and punishment, in addition to preparatory offenses, assaultive offenses, family offenses, property offenses, theft, fraud, bribery, perjury, among others.
