This is two volume set covers a wide range of hospital law in Texas. The one volume focuses on issues surrounding administrative and regulatory law such as peer review, patient rights, alphabetical alternative delivery systems, emergency services, and long term care. The other volume looks at specific liability and damages issues such as the medical liability and insurance improvement act, product liability, nursing home liability, tort immunity, evidence, causation, and damages.
