Long considered an important reference work on labor law, this two volume treatise covers a range of labor issues for employers and employees. Topics covered include the National Labor Relations act, protected employee activities, the representation process and union recognition, collective bargaining, arbitration, economic action, relations between employee and union, and administration of the act.
