This monograph grew out of a symposium entitled "The Second Amendment: Fresh Looks" at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Here many constitutional scholars examine the original intent of the second amendment and how it should be interpreted presently. This volume collects eight essays from papers presented at the symposium.
