Global Climate Change and the U.S. Law gives in-depth coverage of climate change law from the state level to the international level. The volume begins with a scientific explanation of the causes of global warming and continues with a look at international and national climate change legislature. This section includes information such as a discussion of the affects of the Kyoto Protocol on U.S. businesses operating abroad. There is also a 50 state survey of climate change laws, climate change legislation that relates to corporations, and the legal aspects of current efforts to reduce greenhouse gases such as voluntary programs such as reporting Greenhouse gas emissions.
