The second edition of Business Organizations from the Texas practice series provides a thorough overview of current Texas laws. It discusses recent changes to legislation such as the Texas Revised Partnership Act, the Texas Limited Liability Company Act, amendments to the Texas Business Corporation Act, and the new Texas Business Organization Code as well as information on tax considerations and business partnerships. This three volume set also includes tables containing relevant statutes, rules and regulations, and cases as well as useful business forms.
