This eleventh edition of Immigration Practice Pointers serves as a supplement to the annual American Immigration Lawyers Association conference. The book is divided into short articles written by panelists from the conference (and some outside contributors). Each article offers practice pointers and serve as guides to particular topics that were presented on at the annual conference.
