This electronic resource keeps you current with the changes to the construction industry’s standard form contracts, including the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Engineer Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) documents. It also includes "Consensus DOCS" created by agreement among various construction contractor, subcontractor, owner, and surety trade associations. It provides clause by clause comparisons highlighting the differenece between the standard contracts and guidance on what text to include depending on the desired result.
