Legal Ethics
ABA compendium of professional responsibility rules and standards

This is a collection of essential legal ethics materials for lawyers, judges and students of the law. It includes models for ethical and professional conduct and standards for enforcing conduct developed by the American Bar Association. The compendium also contains a selection of federal rules and standards that are needed in the general practice of law and for practice before the SEC and IRS. The topics included are ABA model rules, codes and guidelines, and selected ABA formal ethics opinions.
