This project by the American Bar Association Commission on Law and Aging was commissioned by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization to inform seriously ill individuals the necessary tools to put their affairs in order. Specific topics covered include paying for health care, managing health and personal decision, care of dependents, patient rights, employee rights, and managing assets.
