This title examines the Occupational Safety and Health Act from a neutral perspective. Specific topics covered include compliance duties, the general duty clause, employer obligations, affirmative defenses, inspections and citations, the warrant requirement in OSHA inspections, types of violations, and civil penalties and criminal sanctions.
