Labor and Employment
Restatement of the law third: employment law. Tentative draft

The topic of employment law is beginning its way though the lengthy drafting, reviewing and revising process that will ultimately add this area of law to the Restatement of the Law Third. The library has the Tenative Draft No. 1, 2, 3 and the discussion draft. Chapters covered in these drafts are 'Existence of the Employment Relationship', 'Employment contracts: termination', 'Employment at-will and its contractual exceptions', 'the Tort of retailation in violation of public policy', and 'employee duty of loyalty and restrictive covenants'.
