Presiding over capital cases: a benchbook for judges

National Judicial College's benchbook on capital punishment provides judges with a host of information on all aspects of the death penalty process. Sample forms and model orders and remarks are provided as are a series of checklists to aid judges in properly managing workflow and process when presiding over such austere cases.
