Ralph C. Losey writes a blog on e-discovery at www.ralphlosey.wordpress.com. This publication is a based on the blog entries written in 2008. The author retains his concise, entertaining and readable style of his blog in this, his second, "blook." Selected reader comments and guest blogs are included in the text. Losey's publications and blogs are the basis of many CLE seminars and law school classes on electronic discovery.
