This trial advocacy book provides practitioners important techniques and methods for going to trial in Texas in agreement with the Rules of Evidence as well as the civil and criminal procedure. This volume was written with beginning practitioners in mind; however, many experienced practitioners are likely to learn from Judge Barton’s extensive knowledge on the subject.
