This student treatise offers thorough treatment of all areas of constitutional law covered in both beginning and advanced courses, presenting both the doctrines and the underlying policy issues of the law. Now in its fourth edition, this text includes Supreme Court rulings handed down by a panel that now includes Justices Sotomayor and Kagan.
