This book provides an introduction to employment law. The text discusses the development of the topic as well as individual employee rights such as personal safety, discrimination, benefit programs, and privacy considerations. There are new sections on restrictive covenants and trade secrets. The authors have included extra case citations for readers whose legal expertise is outside of employment law.
